My oil filter housing broke on my 2014 Dodge Journey. L.J. Allen had my car fixed within 24hrs. They took my personal situation into consideration knowing this was my only means of transportation. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness! All auto businesses should follow your lead! I will be forever greatful to you all! Keep doing what you are doing because it works for both of us!

These guys were recommended to me by one of my Bible study girlfriends. I am so glad. They have been great. Very trustworthy and honest. I only just started using them a couple months ago, and felt really good about them. Then on New Years day, my daughter had an accident early in the morning. I needed to have AAA tow it. I wasn't sure their protocol, so I thought I will call and leave a voicemail, drop the vehicle off, and hope for the best. When I called, the answering machine listed some emergency numbers. I felt bad texting those numbers before 8am on a holiday, but I also wanted to make sure it was OK to have her vehicle towed there. More than one of them got back to me in less than a half an hour.... this was before 8am on New Years day!!!! Amazing. I love that they are honest and down to earth. They give us all the details and charge a decent price. I won't go anywhere else now. Highly, highly recommend!!

One day I was walking down the street and found money lying on the ground, and what made my experience even better was knowing that I was broke and didn't have one penny. Finding that Money helped me believe that anything is possible when it's your turn for good fortune. Finding money lying on the ground that day was a treasure-filled experience, and one I will never forget. Now let me give you the opposite of that experience. Imagine taking your vehicle to an auto shop where they lie, cheat, and manipulate you every chance they get. Picture yourself being cheated out of your hard-earned money from auto shops that trick you into thinking your vehicle needs a bunch of unnecessary things in order to run properly on the road. Do you really want to Lose money every time you go to a mechanic and they tell you that you need a new engine when you only really need an oil change in your car? L.J. Allen Tire & Auto Service runs a (LEGIT) business. They will (NOT) overcharge you for services they didn't do. They will be honest with you when it comes to pricing, repairs, and things needed for your car. They are like the money you find on the ground when you least expect it. They are a professi

I took my care here yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I chose this establishment based on the many positive reviews. They did not disappoint. Very courteous and professional. I felt like I knew them from the second I walked in. They were on time and took great care of my car. I am so happy to have found them and will be using them going forward. I will return there in March for my inspection.
